Built an end-to-end financial analytics project analysing Canadian mortgage market trends from 2013–2025. Combined Python, SQL, Machine Learning, and Tableau to evaluate mortgage delinquency, interest rates, and Mortgage Debt Service Ratio (MDSR), culminating in an executive Tableau dashboard for financial decision support.

Built a complete public health intelligence system on 102,766 real City of Toronto DineSafe inspection records. Engineered a custom risk scoring model in Python, wrote 8 business SQL queries, built a Tableau dashboard, and delivered a full BA documentation package including BRD, KPI framework, user stories, and 5 business recommendations.

End-to-end analysis of 99,441 real Brazilian e-commerce orders from the Olist marketplace. Built Python ETL pipeline, loaded into MySQL, wrote 5 business SQL queries, and published an interactive Tableau dashboard showing revenue trends, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction insights.

Complete Business Analyst deliverable package for an automated CRM lead inactivity alert feature. Produced the full BA artifact suite from problem statement to UAT plan — quantified the business problem at $2.6M annual revenue risk and designed a solution ready for developer handoff.
